1. About RadonLogix and This Policy

RadonLogix is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by Rn86 Solutions, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. RadonLogix is designed to help radon testing and mitigation businesses manage their operations, customer data, testing records, reporting, and related workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how RadonLogix collects, uses, stores, and protects information in two distinct contexts:

💼 Business Clients

Companies and individuals who subscribe to RadonLogix to manage their radon business operations.

👤 End Users

The customers of those Client businesses whose data may be entered into or processed through the RadonLogix platform.

By accessing or using RadonLogix, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Collected from Business Clients

When a business subscribes to RadonLogix, we collect information necessary to establish and manage the account, including:

  • Business name, contact name, and title
  • Business address, email address, and phone number
  • Billing information (processed through a secure third-party payment processor; we do not store credit card numbers)
  • License numbers, certifications, or professional credentials as required for account setup
  • Account login credentials (passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text)

2.2 Information Collected from or About End Users

Client businesses enter data about their own customers into RadonLogix as part of their normal operations. This data may include:

  • Homeowner or property owner name and contact information
  • Property address and property details
  • Radon test results, measurement data, and related inspection records
  • Mitigation system details and service history
  • Notes, photos, and documentation related to a service job
Important: Rn86 Solutions, LLC acts as a data processor with respect to End User data. The Client business that entered the data is the data controller and is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate basis to collect and submit that data to RadonLogix.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When Clients or their staff access RadonLogix, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address and general location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages accessed, features used, and session duration
  • Error logs and performance data

This information is used to maintain platform security, diagnose technical issues, and improve the RadonLogix user experience.

2.4 Cookies and Tracking

RadonLogix uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember user preferences, and analyze platform usage. These are functional and analytical in nature. We do not use advertising or ad tracking cookies within the RadonLogix platform.

3. How We Use Information

3.1 Client Account Information

We use Client account information to:

  • Create and manage RadonLogix accounts
  • Process billing and subscription management
  • Provide customer support and platform assistance
  • Send account notices, product updates, and service communications
  • Improve and develop RadonLogix features and functionality
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

3.2 End User Data

End User data entered by Client businesses is used solely to provide the RadonLogix service to that Client. Rn86 Solutions, LLC does not use End User data for its own marketing purposes, does not sell End User data, and does not share End User data with third parties except as described in Section 4.

3.3 Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data derived from platform usage for product development, industry research, and business analytics. This data cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual Client or End User.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease any Client or End User information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We work with third-party vendors who assist in operating RadonLogix (such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and email delivery services). These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental authority.
  • Business protection: We may disclose information as necessary to enforce our terms of service, protect our rights or property, or ensure platform and user security.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Rn86 Solutions, LLC or RadonLogix, Client and End User data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.
  • With Client consent: We may share information in any other manner to which a Client has explicitly consented.

5. Data Ownership and Client Responsibilities

Client businesses retain ownership of all End User data they enter into RadonLogix. Rn86 Solutions, LLC processes that data solely on behalf of and at the direction of the Client.

By using RadonLogix, Clients represent and warrant that:

  • They have a lawful basis to collect and process the End User data they submit to RadonLogix
  • They have provided any required notices to their End Users about how their data is processed
  • They will comply with all applicable privacy laws with respect to the data they enter into the platform

Clients may export or request deletion of their End User data at any time. Upon termination of a Client subscription, data will be retained for 90 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted from active systems.

6. Data Security

We take the security of Client and End User data seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from the platform
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
  • Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Regular security reviews and monitoring
  • Secure, redundant cloud hosting infrastructure

While we work diligently to protect your information, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage Clients to use strong passwords, limit access to authorized staff, and notify us immediately at info@bentnailtn.com if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

7. Data Retention

8. Your Rights

8.1 Client Rights

As a RadonLogix Client, you have the right to:

  • Access and review your account information at any time
  • Update or correct your account details
  • Export your data from the platform
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing communications

8.2 End User Rights

End Users whose data has been entered into RadonLogix by a Client business should direct privacy requests (such as access, correction, or deletion) to the Client business that collected their information. That Client is the data controller responsible for managing End User rights.

If an End User believes their data has been mishandled within the RadonLogix platform itself, they may contact us directly at info@bentnailtn.com and we will work with the relevant Client to address the concern.

8.3 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. 9. Children’s Privacy

RadonLogix is a business-to-business platform not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided information through our platform, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. International Users

RadonLogix is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using RadonLogix, you consent to this transfer. We will handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

11. Third-Party Integrations

RadonLogix may offer integrations with third-party tools and services. If a Client enables a third-party integration, information may be shared with that third party in accordance with their own privacy policy. Rn86 Solutions, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party integration partners.
